Please note

- Transfers are included only if you book the same flights as the group.
- It is good to carry some cash (around €200–€300) and bank cards; cards are widely accepted but changing euros in the UK is advisable.
- Have roaming data for WhatsApp, Google Maps, and local information.
- Be on time with your passport, online check-in, digital boarding passes, and any UK residence permits, visas, or sharing codes.
- Dual nationals with British citizenship must bring their British passport to be able to return to the UK.
- Dealing with the airline, immigration, and customs is your own responsibility.
Coach rules
- You must remain seated and wear your seat belt at all times while the coach is moving.
- Smoking and alcohol are not allowed on the coach.
- Be cautious while crossing roads and moving around busy public areas.
- Children must be supervised at all times by parents or guardians.
- Never leave valuables unattended.
- You must follow the instructions of the tour manager, coach driver, attraction staff, or any other staff on the day.

Bookings are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Hotel transfers in Lisbon are included if travelling on the same flights as the group.
